Routine Property Inspection

At Reland, routine property inspections are conducted to ensure properties are maintained to a consistent standard and to identify any repairs or maintenance needs. These inspections are a vital part of ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for all parties involved.

What to Expect During the Inspection
  • Property Condition: We will assess the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property. A general cleaning list is provided below to help tenants prepare for the inspection.
  • Photographs: Photos will be taken to document the general condition of the property and any maintenance issues.
  • Maintenance Notes: If you have specific maintenance concerns, please leave a note on the kitchen bench addressed to Reland.
Pets During Inspections

If you have a pet, please inform our office at least four days before the inspection to make arrangements. Options include:

  • Restraining your pet if you wish to be home during the inspection.
  • Alternatively, locating the pet away from the property on the inspection day for full access.
